Andrew Jezek (Viola)

As an Australian with Czech-Austrian parents, Andrew Jezek has travelled a long way – not only across the ocean. A great fan of Jimi Hendrix, with long hair and a corresponding lifestyle, he continued his classical studies in Vienna and Munich. Today he plays the viola with Klangforum Wien, one of the foremost avantgarde ensembles on the european continent. With the Mozartband he has found his connection between the world of rock and classical music.
